Being a former "frightened of dentists" patient, I cannot recommend Smile 101 enough. Their friendliness and support by all staff throughout my treatment has been amazing and has eased the majority of my worries. For such a long time I was told that there was nothing that could be done and finding someone who was willing to help me was a massive relief - I am overjoyed with the end results and simply cannot stop smiling. I'm coming toward the end of my treatment at Smile101 and I am very pleased I chose Smile101 as my orthodontist. The first consultation was a very open, comfortable discussion which laid out my options with advice for the best solution for my case. In my regular appointments I'm always able to get the answers to any questions I have and feel I receive a very professional service. I started my treatment with Smile 101 in 2014. In 2010 I had a traumatic injury to my front teeth. This event ruined my smile and since then I felt always uncomfortable. Dr Sheila changed my life, she immediately found a solution for me, being always caring and so optimistic. The impact on my teeth was quite severe and for this reason Sheila suggested Invisalign. I followed her advice and to be honest I was quite happy, because I didn't want to wear braces again as I did few years ago. I just wanted something invisible and enough to fix my problem. Looking at my teeth the way they are now is just unbelievable, and I couldn't be much happier. In the middle of my treatment I moved to London and going to my regular appointments was quite difficult. The team at Smile 101 was always very helpful and flexible facilitating my treatment. I received a professional service and I'd recommend to anyone. Thank you Smile 101 to give me back my smile and making my life a bit brighter. You're fantastic! Thank you Sandra Martins

No complaints, my brace never caused me any discomfort other than the generic tightness and the treatment afterwards with my retainer was all successful. I always had confidence in the orthodontist and was given realistic feedback and information which made the experience very easy. Everyone involved was always very friendly and booking appointments was never an issue. I also felt I didn't have any more appointments than were necessary which was good for me because travelling from Reading wasn't something I wanted to do too often. Would recommend lots, especially because I didn't like what they orthodontists in Reading planned for my teeth so was very willing to travel to Windsor for the superior treatment. :)

last year i had the invisalign treatment, and I'm so so happy i went through with it, apart from finally being able to say i now love my smile, what made the whole experience worth it even more so was the team. smile101 Windsor has the best customer service i have ever experienced! what am amazing group of people, every single person is pleasure, if i could do it all again i definitly would, thank you Sheila, Pat, Nadia, Emmit, Marko, Rachel and the rest of the team for the best experience, there are no words good enough to say how wonderful you all are

Went for a free consultation last summer with Sheila and signed up for invisalign treatment with interest free payment plan. 1 year later and my once wonky teeth are almost perfect, and i’ve just boked my scan for the final aligners. I cannot recommend smile 101 highly enough. All the people there are Friendly, attentive and professional… and my only regret is not going to them sooner!

I visited a few different orthodontists before visiting Sheila at Smile 101 and I’m so so glad I opted to use Smile 101. I’ve had a really great experience with the team at Smile101 and would (and have!) recommend to anyone looking to fix their smile. From the outset, Sheila was super positive with what she could do and her team who I have seen have been so welcoming and really know what they’re doing. It is always so nice coming in and seeing everyone . I’m so delighted with the results so far, looking at my teeth from where I started to now, the difference is crazy! I can’t stop smiling and showing my teeth off and that’s all down to the team at Smile 101.

The team at Smile101 have been absolutely fabulous with my daughters treatment. As a very young patient, they have been very gentle and thoughtful with her in the clinic and offered us fantastic advice. The MYO Brace and then the retainer brace have already worked wonders with my daughters teeth and we look forward to getting fixed braces for her with the Smile 101 team when she has enough adult teeth. I’m just about to finish an eighteen month journey with Smile101 and am getting my braces off today !! It’s been great from start to finish and my teeth are now pretty perfect. I started with an expander then had full train track braces. The surgery is nice and they also are open on Saturday which means I don’t miss school !

Both my son and daughter have Invisalign braces from Smile 101 and I have nothing but praise for the practise and the treatment plan. Sheila was incredibly helpful and understanding when we first went to discuss what type of braces would best suit my sports mad son. Having chosen Invisalign, the team at Smile 101 have guided us through the stages of treatment and made it a simple and stress free process. My son finished with his last set of braces today and is very happy with the result.

So glad that I chose Smile 101 for my teeth correction. They have been simply awesome. From 1st engagement, recommending options (went with Invisalign) through to regular checkups. Their after care is also exceptional. Such perfectionists too. Whereas I was happy with my 'new' teeth after 18 months, they werent. It didn't hold up to the high standards they set. They encouraged me to preserve for a bit longer. I'm glad I did. Now I'm super happy with my smile. My teeth look the best they've ever been. Dr Chauhan (Sheila) and the team are really great. An superb, engaging and charismatic bunch. It was honestly a pleasure having my appointments with them. Thank you all for your fabulous efforts over the last 2 years. You're all amazing. I was wearing Damon Fixed Braces for over 23 months. My teeth were really bad and were all over the place until I met the most amazing team and Smile 101. They worked super hard for making sure my teeth were perfect and they took the time to make sure I was fine when I had either a loose wire or something didn't feel right about my braces. I am now using the retainers at the moment but if you are looking for a top-notch group orthodontists I highly recommend Smile 101!

Having had braces as a teenager, I was very tentative about going back into orthodontic treatment at the age of 50. I needed to sort out my wonky bite, which had got worse over the past few years, and take advantage of the opportunity to improve the aesthetics. Smile 101 team were great. Sheila treated me as a fellow professional, straight talking and understanding. My treatment was not straightforward due to a strong underbite, but I felt like a partner in my treatment, rather than a 'patient' and given that I started my treatment in March 2020, as Covid kicked in, the Windsor team were incredibly agile and supportive. I've just finished 18months of Invisalign and am very happy with the process and the outcome. Well done Sheila and team, thank you.

I have just successfully finished my Invisalign treatment and I strongly recommend this centre, particularly for those leaving in the area. There is the possibility to book appointments at flexible times what makes the treatment easier to follow. The staff is very supportive and friendly, and Sheila is very strong at what she does so you wilI get the best advise and feel that you can trust her. I have come a long way and I don't regret the choice despite a very challenging start and complications during the treatment (including adapting the steps around a wedding!). Great place to look after your teeth beauty and health!
